goals

• Our goal is to grow our church from 160 people for one Sunday worship to 250 in two worship services. (Celebration) – Our current numbers are about 150-180 with our children.
• Our goal is to expand our growth groups through the training of our leaders in adult Sunday school as well as the ABI. (Communication)
• Our goal is to develop a Transformissional center by developing a spiritual gifts HUB to connect people to their spiritual gifts and ministry (Connection).
• Our goal is to expand to 20 active small groups by Fall 2009 (Care).
• Our goal is to establish a vibrant couples and family ministry as a key strategy for outreach in our church and community. (Compassion).
• Our goal is to develop a strategy for church planting both locally and globally by building a church multiplication leadership center to train planters, assist new church plants, and develop a strategy for multi-site ministry (Church Multiplication).
• Our goal is to expand the Upreach Ministry with regular worship programming through equipping of volunteers and developing a second worship team. We also hope to build a Multimedia and Web Presence as well as social networking tools (Creativity).
• Our goal is to expand our Christian Education Department by hiring on a Children’s ministry pastor/director to equip our children’s ministry volunteers, our children, and their parents. (Celebration).
• Our goal is to establish a strategic plan for the next five years in the light of our facility (Building).
• Our goal is to meet our $465,000 budget (Budget).
